The rap rumor mill was abuzz recently with reports that Swizz Beatz had been unfaithful to his wife of one year Alicia Keyes. According to MTV’s RapFix, the New York born rapper had fallin’ for singer songwriter Christina Elizabeth behind his wife’s back.
Gossip website Bossip was one of the first to release a report which claimed that producer Swizz, had sent a string of suggestive messages to Houston native, Elizabeth. The website published screen shots of the alleged exchange. The messages were supposedly sent last month, although the pair are thought to have known each-other since 2007.
Both Keyes and Beatz took to Twitter to express their solidarity and to deny the allegations. Keyes tweeted: “Haaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!! Some things are just LAUGHABLE!!!!!! Now, Let’s Continue to SHINE!! Everything else is a waste of time!! Sending love!” Whilst, Swizz silenced his critics by stating: “If people put the same time into positive things the same as they do negative B.S the world would be a better place! #peopleneedhelp.”
It appears the pair are still very much together despite the cheating claims. Here’s hoping the rumors are false and Alicia won’t be left sleeping with a broken heart.
