Super producer Scott Storch was the latest to join Hip-Hop’s rap sheet this week, with reports that Storch went a little too hard on the partying and ended up behind bars.
This story stems from an incident 2 weeks ago, when Storch was arrested in a hotel called Sin City, having originally refused to pay for his room. It is thought that once the police arrived on the scene they discovered that something was amiss with Storch’s behaviour.
It is a sad turn of events for the producer, who has built classic hits for the likes of 50 Cent, Chris Brown, Mariah Carey, Jessica Simpson and more. He has already lost much of his fortune to drug addiction and did a stint in rehab in 2006. Last summer, the award-winning beatsmith revealed that he was working on a new album on which he was hoping to work with music legends like Stevie Wonder and Quincy Jones, though this will all depend on any pending sentence that may be received surrounding this arrest.
Bail of $5,000 was posted and Scott Storch is awaiting trial.
