Houston, Texas native Scarface is home from prison after nearly a year behind bars.
The rapper was jailed last October for failing to pay child support in four different cases, three in Texas and one case in Missouri. The unusual aspect in this case, is that news of Face’s situation did not break until February of this year, four months after he had been incarcerated.

Scarface, real name Brad Jordan had been busy working on his twelfth studio album, The Habit, with rumoured features from Drake and John Legend. That was all before this situation arose last October. Although no statement has been made from the man himself, a representative for the rapper stated that ;
Face is home and he’s already busy working on releasing new material, It’s not going to take him long to fall right back into the swing of things.
Scarface is one of the founder members of the Geto Boys, who were one of the first groups known to have influenced the Dirty South sound back in the late 80s and early 90s. He has also released some classic solo albums like 2002s The Fix, his first release after joining Def Jam records. It will be interesting to hear some new material from the Face Mobb after his hiatus from the game.
