Official Track listing For Tha Carter IV – No Nicki Minaj

After all the reported release dates and push backs we finally have the release date for Lil Wayne‘s Tha Carter IV of August 29th, but now to give more solidarity to the release, Amazon have listed the album with a track listing.

There had been talk from Weezy as far as back as September 2009 for a release of this project but with the New Orleans natives’ stint behind bars and other factors, the album was given a more honest release date of May 2011. This too was pushed back to June and Mack Maine, a Young Money artist stated the reason for this being that they needed more time to make the album “perfect”. Then the album was pushed back to August, this time the reason being that they needed more time to give the album proper promotion and the date was then set for the 29th.

The first single 6 Foot 7 Foot featuring Cory Gunz was released in December of last year followed by John featuring Rick Ross in March and the next single featuring fellow Young Money artist Drake, titled She Will has just been released.

Noticeably missing from the track list is Young Money diva Nicki Minaj, who has claimed she made tracks with Weezy for the album. Nicki’s song could of made the bonus cuts on the deluxe edition we will keep you posted when the deluxe track list surfaces.

The Tracklisting is as follows:
