The standard of videos being released in Ireland has been on a clear upward trend over the past 18 months, and without a doubt it is the urban music scene that is pushing the boundaries across the board. One of the frontrunners in that regard has been director Jonathan Lambert, who has once again teamed up with Rebecca Creighton and producer Mathman to piece together this high-end reworking of Jay-Z and Kanye West‘s “Niggas in Paris”.
Creighton will be known to readers from her time as part of X-Factor’s Belle Amie, but more recently from the success of her single with Rob Kelly, “The Real Thing”, which was one of the highest charting Irish Hip-Hop tracks in some time. The Tallaght-born singer puts her own twist on the Hip-Hop anthem, combining beautifully with the masterful production courtesy of Mathman.
