With tickets for Lil Wayne‘s Cork date due to go on-sale tomorrow morning at 9am, we are receiving word from credible sources that Wayne has been forced to cancel the show due to issues surrounding his work permit.
Wayne was due to perform at Cork City’s annual Marquee Festival on Monday July 4th. While the event has not yet been officially cancelled by either Ticketmaster or the Marquee Promoters, all signs are pointing towards an announcement very soon.

UPDATE 12.48pm: Concert has now been removed by Ticketmaster. This is now Official.
UPDATE 13.01pm: It has been Confirmed that Lil Wayne has cancelled his European Tour. Issues surrounding work permits and previous convictions.
