All weekend the rumor mill went into meltdown about Joe Budden supposedly signing a solo deal to Eminem’s Shady Records, but unfortunately all they were is rumors. Jumpoff Joey explained that there is no truth to his alleged solo deal with Shady.
Even some websites posted the rumor that somehow Joe Budden had signed to Shady Records along with a picture of the two in studio together. Speaking with Parker Vision’s Mr. Peter Parker, Joey explained that the picture of him and Em was a fake and that there is no truth to his alleged solo deal, but added he had a trick up his sleeve.
“I heard the rumors, people tweeted me all day long. Not to my knowledge, I’m not being signed as a solo
artist,” he said. “Slaughterhouse is over there we’re extremely happy over there and we’re going to do amazing things over there. And that’s what the focus is right now. As for Joe Budden personally, I got another trick up my sleeve that you’re going to hear about real soon.”
Joey re-released his 2010 mixtape, Mood Muzik 4: A Turn 4 The Worst, two weeks ago with 7 new tracks and renamed it ‘Mood Muzik 4.5: The Worst Is Yet To Come’.
