Back in January, pictures of Drake surfaced showing the rapper kitted out in Manchester United gear alongside United legend Rio Ferdinand. What we didn’t know was the two had sat down and recored an interview for Rio’s #5 Magazine, and now get to see what the two chatted about thanks to ‘Rap Dose’ who have posted the full 20 minute interview.
Drake ‘gets up close and personal’ with Ferdinand for the latest issue of #5 magazine, which features fellow Young Money label-mate Nicki Minaj gracing the cover. Drizzy talks about wanting to be a rapper since he is sixteen years old and only rapping about what he thinks is honest,being a big United fan and even playing as them on Fifa, he touches on his old childhood friend being big fan also who is now in jail. The two compare the similar expectations on rappers and athletes and also talk about the pressure on Drake recording his second album ‘Take Care’.
