Chris Brown is back with a bang! The controversy surrounding his alleged outburst on ABC’s Good Morning America T.V show certainly did not damage record sales, as Breezy’s fourth studio album F.A.M.E became the most downloaded album on I-Tunes within its first day of release and the LP has now debuted at the top of the America’s Billboard 200 Album Chart with estimated sales of 270k, earning Chris his first number 1 album.
F.A.M.E, which Brown says stands for ‘Fans Are My Everything/ Forgiving All My Enemies’, is also selling well on this side of the Atlantic, entering the Irish and UK album charts at number 8 and 10 respectively. Chris took to twitter to thank his fans for his new success, stating “I wanna thank all of my fans for making my album number 1 in the country!! I love you! We did it”
