Mike Smith a rapper/singer associated with Yonkers New York Hip-Hop group D–Block was stabbed to death after a performance on Sunday (September 11th) in his hometown of South Carolina. Mark Smith was reportedly involved in a dispute with a man named Anthony McWilson.
Smith was featured on Sheek Louch’s Silverback Gorilla album and D-Block’s No Security album. He was also working with Atlanta rapper Gorilla Zoe.
“Rest in peace lil homie, soulful brother with a voice only god can give someone, we all know your singing it up in Heaven,” Zoe tweeted, following the news of Smith’s killing.
Anthony McWilson stabbed Mike Smith multiple times in the chest, resulting in his death and has been charged with murder.
