Last night the nominees for the BET Awards 2011 where announced live on 106 & Park ahead of the 11th annual event due to take place over in Los Angeles on Sunday, June 26th. This years show will be hosted by funny man Kevin Hart.

Leading the pack with six nominations is Chris Brown, including Video of the Year and Best Male R&B Artist. At last years show Brown had a breakdown onstage while performing his emotional tribute to Michael Jackson.
