Nashville, Tennessee rapper Young Buck has hit the news yet again for all the wrong reasons. The former G-Unit member is wanted by federal prosecutors for questioning after a car he was traveling with fled the scene after police attempted to pull him over. According to the Tennessean, Buck, real name David Darnell Brown, was stopped at a traffic stop in Indiana and a second vehicle traveling with Buck had fled and evaded arrest.
When questioned by the police, the rapper stated that he was traveling with people allegedly for purposes of business, but did not know their identities. However, authorities are not satisfied with the rapper’s statement, saying that he did not provide sufficient evidence. Local Magistrate, Judge Joe Brown has given Buck until Wednesday June 15 to provide information to the U.S. Probation Office of the details on the passengers in the second vehicle and will allow prosecutors to request a hearing if they are not satisfied.
This year alone the troubled star has battled bankruptcy and been charged with weapons and ammunition possession for which he was released on $100,000 bail. These charges combined with a speeding ticket picked up in Georgia and this present situation, could see the rapper end up behind bars.
