It’s now official. West Coast rap star The Game has signed on the dotted line with Cash Money Records, having parted ways with Interscope for good. Having released his final album with the label last year, Jesus Piece, Game became a free agent, with no further obligations to Interscope Records, where he released his first five major label studio albums.
The news was announced yesterday via Twitter and Instagram, where YMCMB head honcho Birdman welcomed Game to the team. It is believed Game’s first album on Cash Money will drop at the top of 2014.
