However, 40/40’s Ron Berkowitz has come out to confirm that the club has been permitted to re-open following repairs to the venues equipment.Berkowitz says the club lost no business due to the violation, though the international attention is hardly a good thing for the prestigious brand.
The 40/40 club is due to hold a high profile Super Bowl party in two weeks time and reps for the club say the event will not be affected in any way by recent events.
