50 Cent Attacks Interscope Records: “I’m Not Releasing New Album”

Things are hotting up over at Interscope. Ever since 50 dropped ‘’Outlaw’’ there has been a growing buzz on the Internet surrounding the release of a new album, but if Fiddy’s latest rants are to be believed then we may not be seeing a release from the G-Unit star for quite some time.

The controversial rapper took to his Twitter to yet again launch a scathing attack on his record label Interscope Records for the way they are handling his new album. The news comes hot off the leak of The Cataracs produced ‘’Im on It’’ which found its way onto the net last night thanks to the Los Angeles Leakers.

50 also threatened to leak ‘’Psycho’’, the track he recently recorded with Dr Dre which is rumored to be Dre’s next single off Detox. Have a read of what Curtis had to say about the label:

‘’Man I’m not releasing an album. I can’t believe Interscope is this f*cked up right now. I apologize to all my fans. I will work with other artists on their projects but I will not put out another album. They dropped the ball with me one time to many.”

50 went on…

“I LOVE DRE but I’m putting his next single Psycho out tomorrow at 2:00. Your gonna love it its a big song I just don’t think it deserves a great set up since they can’t seem to get it right when it comes to me.’’

Fif has had an up and down history with Interscope Records, making his beef public over the past few months. In June he tweeted:

“I’m sorry to announce I will not be releasing a new album this year if we don’t get on the same page. I would rather not launch my album without a plan the whole system is executing. I don’t know why they play with me they know how I get.”

He later revealed in a interview that the problems had been resolved with him and the label, and that the new album would drop in November.

Fans of 50 can catch him live this weekend at the Waterford Music Fest but until then check out ‘’Im on It’’
